Automated Object Sorting System with Real-Time Image Processing and Robotic Gripper Mechanism Control

This work represents an industrial sorting system where image processing is accompanied using a pick-and-place robotic gripper. The of objects done based on their shape and color. Here the color different are identified processing. For this, webcam used to capture images object in real-time then process them via digital computer. Python programming language for this work. After successfully identifying object, picked placed at desired position Controlling gripper mechanism also executed language. It controlled Arduino Uno microcontroller few DC servo motors. can move from 0° 180°. brought front camera belt conveyor system. complete fabrication assembly, 4 shapes colors sort angles. 90° sorted either 0°, 45°, 135°, or 180° position. research not only gives information about robotics but help industries complex automatically without any human interaction.
